Consultation with a sports nutritionist for people who want to discuss their current diet, blood tests and supplements taken to improve their results. The conversation (approx. 60 minutes) is preceded by sending the consumption diary for 3 days and supplementing the nutritional interview.

RECOMMENDED
PREMIUM PACKAGE

A consultation package and 3 nutritional plans for people who want to precisely take care of their health and sports performance. Cooperation with a dietitian is preceded by sending a nutritional and health interview, a diary of consumption and current blood tests. Individual menus are balanced based on the current Running Performance training load, starting plans, culinary preferences, logistic possibilities and, of course, health condition.

 

 

You get:

  • 60 minutes on-line consultation with a sports nutritionist,
  • 3x individual 7-day menus, repeated twice after corrections (up to 6 weeks of cooperation),
  • unlimited e-mail and telephone contact,,

OUR DIETITIAN
Michał Płecha
Graduate of dietetics (University of Life Sciences in Lublin) and law (UMCS, Lublin), member of the Polish Association of Dieticians. He works with professional athletes in the Polish Athletics Association, ambitious amateurs, as well as people suffering from diet-related diseases or who need support in reducing / building body weight. Participant and co-organizer of numerous trainings and conferences in the field of clinical, sports and psychodietetics. Author of many popular science texts. He took internships, among others at the Academy of Sports Nutrition in Gdańsk or at the Legia Warszawa football club. An instructor of the Polish Athletics Association, for several years he has been conducting organized running classes in Lublin (cooperation with the Runner's Store, Orlen Warsaw Marathon, Biegnij Lublin, MOSiR Lublin). and professions. MENU ARE PREAPER:
  • prepared on the basis of nutritional history, test results and doctor's recommendations,
  • adapted to a specific sports goal depending on the time of the season (periodization), daily schedule, food preferences, culinary, logistic and financial possibilities,
  • include a supplementation plan (if indicated),
  • 7-day menus are used for 2 weeks - after the first week of use, it is possible to correct the nutritional plan after contact with a dietitian,
  • transferred within 7 days - by e-mail or via a dedicated mobile application.
