ENDURANCE TEST

After Endurance Test, we are able to determine the current state of your body’s preparations and select the training loads accurately. By examining changes in the concentration of lactic acid in blood under the influence of physical effort, we obtain the data needed to precisely define the thresholds and training zones.

 

TECHNIQUES ANALYSIS

Proper matching of the running technique to the current capabilities of your body means a more efficient run, while minimizing the occurrence of injuries. Although all people from the outside look similar, we are very different, we have a personalized anatomical structure, different possibilities of flexibility and muscle strength that affect our run, and at the same time the economy of effort.

    5 star review  I strongly recommend Running Performance. I have been training with coach Krzysztof Janik for four months now and have improved a lot my endurance and velocity. The training plan is smooth and progress regularly. The website is very convenient for those who, like me, live outside Poland and interact online with the coach. It makes the plan easy to follow, and the communication is always fluid. As a plus, it's integrated with Strava! With Running Performance you will work hard, but with the constant work you would be able tackle every challenge!

    5 star review  I am (42) working with Micha艂 for the last 1.5 years. Although I don't speak Polish, the collaboration is really smooth and effective. I really like how Micha艂 is spot-on, doesn't sugarcoat and gives me regular advice. The training is challenging but still sustainable. I was able to improve my marathon PR significantly every time I raced so far (3:28 -> 3:13 -> 3:05). Looking forward to many more years to come.
